Description :

The Decorative Arts is devoting an exhibition to the Italian designer Valentino Garavani, known as « Valentino », forming part of a programme of monographs focusing on great contemporary designers. This first Parisian retrospective is the chance to retrace the exceptional career of the designer who has been living in Rome since 1959 through 200 accessorised haute couture silhouettes. « Valentino, thèmes et variations » also pays tribute to the designer, who presented his last fashion show for the maison de couture in January 2008.
